It’s not unusual to find a mess of tangled cabling in a telecommunication closet, but in this client’s case, when we surveyed the job, we found indoor-rated cable installed outdoors, unprotected from the elements, with ungrounded data racks and missing surge protection. Our first line of business was thorough and detailed corrections of all deficiencies, oversights and short-cuts. Then we upgraded forensic levels with higher res cameras, all equipped with Infrared(IR) technologies and more. Since our update, our client was able to provide HD quality video of an on-site theft. The result? Valuable stolen property was found and returned. Mission accomplished.
